Don't bother Don't botherPretty average. Heaps of spelling errors, seems like they have just written it quickly whilst googling it from the net? Not professional or very accurate, didn't even have milk listed as a significant food source of calcium??

Decent app. Some things lacking. Decent app. Some things lacking.Pretty good for basics in the well known vitamins and minerals. Could have more extensive list of foods that contain each nutrient (rather than wired oils and foods most people don't eat). Also another problem with this app is it doesn't have the toxicity level of each nutrient. Most people don't know that consuming too much of a given vitamin can be harmful and, in some cases, lethal. Not to mention symptoms of toxic levels in the body can mirror deficiency symptoms. Good app for basics though.

Not a good app. Not a good app. This app only tells you the basic information about the vitamins and minerals. Its in a lot of technical terms that unless your a health guru, you won't understand. It tells you the foods found in these vitamins and minerals but only gives you a couple of examples. So if your doctor tells you that you need to eat foods with vitaminD, don't look for a lot of examples or effects/benefits in this app
