Ich habe nun ca. 150 Auktionen lang Erfahrung mit iSale sammeln müssen - ich hatte ja schließlich Geld dafür ausgeben! FAZIT in Stichpunkten: - Mit MBP i7 8GB RAM ist und OSX 10 ist das Ding extrem langsam und stürzt regelmäßig ab -> Habe GarageSale getestet, das ist Pfeilschnell - es liegt also nicht an meinem Rechner - Der Texteditor ist sehr schlecht, man sieht keine Markierungen, die Formate bei copy and paste werden falsch übernommen und ich verliere regelmäßig meine Arbeit durch Abstürze während der Eingaben - eBay Bilder werden zu klein online gestellt - es funktioniert nur, wenn ich XXL Bilder bei eBay für 50Ct pro Auktion dazukaufe - Es gibt in letzter Zeit nur noch sehr selten Updates und verbesserungen - fühlt sich schwer nach Stillstand an - Das iSale Logo erscheint immer am ende jeder auktion - kann nicht entfernt werden und ermöglicht gleichzeitig iSale die Auktion zu tracken! - Keine Bilderintegration in Apperture Was gut ist: - Der Beschreibungseditor ist meiner Meinung sehr brauchbar, da man sowohl Bilder als auch Texte als Module frei einsetzten und verschieben kann! Alles in allem: FINGER WEG -> Garage Sale und einige cloud tools sind wesentlich besser!

Very Disappointed with customer serviecs and app

I bought this app 2 days ago to start using for my eBay auctions. I have been unable to upload any auctions as yet, the App store seems to only have the 5.9.4 version which clearly has glitches. When accessing the Equinux support sight it states I am running an old version and to update. Great, where from? I emailed support 2 days ago and received an automated message but no reply to me email as yet. Not good enough. The problem I am having is the category list wont load, the system asks me to make sure i have interenet connection, which I do. It also asked me to authorise my account, which I have. I have tried removing from my mac and starting again, same problem. App is shoddy and customer services is even worse. I would like a full refund for this app please.

Convenient app, crashes or locks up often

I’m a software architect by trade - with a career in graphic design and web and multimedia development - so I don’t need an app to write HTML for me or make pretty graphics or layouts… Except that when I’m putting up eBay listings, every minute that I spend making the listings is time I need to account for to myself and the price of this app covers maybe 20 minutes of my time: so if it saves me 20 minutes *ever*, I’ve made back my investment. That said, some days I wonder if it’s just costing me money. Crashes. Locks up. Screen stops updating though the app is still working - so if you can find a way to jiggle the handle (clicking on it randomly, dragging the window around, resizing it, who knows?) it’ll update and let you work again. When it’s working it’s a lifesaver, but when it’s not (which is completely random but very frequent) it makes me insane. I’m probably leaving it for Dreamweaver shortly. I liked the templates and the ease of use - and would continue using it if it was more reliable, but too much of the time I can’t even tell what the program is trying to do.

nach 12 Monaten mal wieder installiert und nach 10 Min wieder gelöscht. Was da dem Anwender angeboten wird, ist eine absulute Frechheit!!!

Unter Mavericks war es ja teilweise schon eine Zumutung, das Programm nutzen zu wollen, seit dem Update auf Yosemite ist iSale leider nun völlig unbrauchbar. Entweder hängt sich das Programm beim Update der Einstellbedingungen auf, oder wenn man das überstanden hat spätestens bei der Auswahl der Kategorie. Ansonsten hat es mir in den vergangenen Jahren viel Zeit erspart bzw. durch ein seriöses Auftreten beim Verkauf den einen oder anderen Euro mehr eingebracht. Die Bedienung ist übersichtlich, die Funktionen klar umrissen und das Ergebnis so wie man es erwarten muss. Nur wenn das Wörtchen Wenn nicht wär’….
