This one is a keeper This one is a keeperThis is a great app that guides you all throughout the work out. It tells you for how long to do it and it shows an animation the entire time of how the workout should be. It is very challenging. I was convinced to buy the pack. I was sweating profusely after the 25 minute workout. What I love about it is that I can go the entire workout without touching the screen to move on to the next workout.

Best Cardio For Me Best Cardio For MeI can't get into running, cycling, etc. due to the dull, repetitive nature. This app gives you a great cardio and core workout while keeping things interesting.

Phenomenal workout with lasting results Phenomenal workout with lasting resultsThankful to have trained in person with Reed's entire method yoga class program's pre pregnancy. The entire program is phenomenal and I have been using it for at least 2.5 years now consistently! This foundational method yoga series has set me up very well physically and for focus for efficient maintenance post baby birth and now I have this workout in this mobile format which is great for me when I am limited in time to workout and train wherever I may be.
