I found this by accident and have never turned back! Great gradebook!

This is a good grade book that could be great. This app is a bit convoluted. Yes, it has many great features but it tries to have so much that it looses the user. Attendance is not clean. The user should not have to create a column every day to take attendance. Other apps employ a much more compact and clean interface where the teacher can see total attendance in one column. Give me that feature please! ex: Gradebook Pro does this very well. Reports also need to be more intuitive and clear to produce. Let me pick exactly what I want included in a report. If the app does have this feature it is not clear to the user.

I no longer spend money purchasing record or plan books! I no longer waste post-its creating seating charts for my students. I'm more organized because of this app! Love it! Thank you!

Hello Bert. Thank you for giving educators the best program I've used in over 30 years teaching experience. As a music teacher with 12 groups and over 500 students, it works awesome! I've been using iDoceo these past three years. It is THE ONLY program or app I use for my classes and organization! It's especially nice when the school's server is down. You don't have to be online to use it! While other teachers are panicking about attendance when the server is down, it's business as usual for me! I don't miss a beat! ? It's super easy to set up at the beginning of the school year. I love the ability to import student info and photos. In addition, I'm able to take photos, record the kids playing, and the cool thing is I can send these items immediately to my parents. Talk about teacher/parent communication! Parents love the fact that they can see what their kids are doing in class that same day! You can also send student reports to any or all students with the push of the button. It's all so easy and quick, you'll wonder how you got all you work done before this! I personally send student progress reports home weekly for all my students. They all get sent in less than 5 minutes! FAST! I get so many complements at conferences for my communication to them by using this app! ? If I need to record bad behavior, I can type it up, send an instant email to the parents. (I don't have to worry about taking care of the parent emails later. Saves me an outstanding amount of time), then cc or bcc the behavior to the deans so they have instant records. The ability to color code students on their seating charts works well with instrumentation. When I need to re-seat students, it's really easy with the color codes. I love the quick ability to add attendance and whatever icon I want to help keep track of students behavior, attendance, instrument and music responsibilities, etc. The new ability of making the photos round is awesome! Especially when I combine bands with well over 100 students. I can organize in a concert setting and all the kids fit in the screen! The lesson plan section works awesome. Not only does it work with your iCal in your iPad, but it has the ability to work independently if need be. Great options! My principal loves the fact that I can send my lesson plans right to him. I love it that I can send them right to him! I'm making them anyway, when they're written, I just send. Boom! Sent and done! So easy and I can get back to teaching! If you are any type of teacher who likes and needs to track anything from attendance, IEPs, behaviors, levels gained, progress, required paperwork handed in from students, fees paid, etc., this is the app for you.
