What a joke! And not a funny one. What a joke! And not a funny one.Who green-lighted this app? Coming from a country that produces much of the world's IT professionals, this cannot be anything but a poor attempt at a joke. It doesn't make any sense. They haven't even gotten the basics right. And I don't think they care, considering that folks have been writing poor reviews here for the past 8-9 months and they haven't made any fixes. At least we have the option of not using it.

How is this app even an app ? How is this app even an app ?If an app developer wants to learn how not to create an app , they need to download and use this app. The app crashes all the time. The interface is worst. Amazingly bad customer experience. I am amazed ICICI bank has let this app stay on app store. This tells you how much the bank cares about it's customers and how indifferent and unapologetic they are in their dealings w/ clients.

Worst App on my phone Worst App on my phoneSometimes the App freezes, while other instances it does nothing. Somedays it has a black screen and other days shuts off on its own. Pretty sad for a financial service app, where you expect greater professionalism and usability. ?
