    You had to figure out what your minimum and maximum heart rates work and you might as will just use a calculator

    Update. I just checked the data generated. In addition to being pointless the figures it generated were WRONG.

    This app is horrible. The HR zones are based on a percentage of your MAX HR! Not your minimum. The only way to assess minimum HR is while you sleep! Don't buy this app!

PLEASE NOTE: iPhone software update 3.1.2 was causing crashes for some users when entering data on the settings screen. Updating to version 3.1.3 should fix this problem. Thanks for bearing with us.
