Great Greatthis is really comprehensive, and it makes learning easy and fun, I'd recommend this to anyone who wants to learn math over the summer, or that jus wants to get ahead in math.

Great, but complicated Great, but complicatedThis is a great educational app, especially with the interactive examples and it incorporates the Common Core. They should create two apps though. As an educator we use Volume Vouchers to purchase apps for our school. And because to purchase the full app it is an upgrade, we are unable to purchase it. So creating a free version as a sample, and then a 2nd app for the full version, we would be able to purchase it.

extra interactive tools VERY slow extra interactive tools VERY slowI downloaded the free version (for now), and while I was impressed by the attractive layout and large number of student exercises from which to choose, I noted several significant problems: 1) It takes up an *enormous* amount of room--far more than do competitor versions of the same product. Granted, it supposedly has plenty of videos, etc., but woe to those with only 16GB of RAM, and who'd like multiple other textbooks on the same iPad! 2) The "explorers" (Linear Explorer, Quadratic Explorer, etc.), when set in "graph" mode (as opposed to "table" mode), are so slow as to be unworkable; when trying to move the slider bars (for each variable), there's a 5-30 second lag time (on my 16GB iPad 2), which is so jumpy that no one could possibly choose a specific number without much trial and error (with 5-30 second lags between each); I don't see any way that students would sit still for it. 3) Navigation in the "sample" version is very difficult; it doesn't highlight the pages which you can access, and it merely gives an error if you happen to be on one of the hundreds of pages which are not yet accessible (without the fee). 4) Having some indicator of how much the "in-app purchases" will truly cost (i.e. not $19.99, as the app seems to indicate at first) would be a big help.
