Not keeping up Not keeping up

The app has improved and finally having mobile deposit is a positive step. However, every other bank/financial app has also improved and this one still ranks in the bottom quartile of financial apps. It's like they're happy with merely fielding an app with just enough juice to be considered mediocre but not bad enough to be considered awful. It's the same stubborn strategy they've pursued with their online banking site since its inception. I'd think they'd like to build loyalty through technology offered to their customers, not frustrate them while looking bad in comparison to say, a bank they've sold a customer's mortgage servicing rights to. Additionally, now there are third-party apps, not tied to banks, that offer much better applications. Bank customers using them because of their ease of use will have even less patience with a clunky, behind the curve, bank app.

Subpar Subpar

This is a great app for checking your account status, but should you want to upload pictures to deposit a check rather than go to the bank, pictures taken with this app turn out blurry and are unable to be used for deposits, making this part of the app completely useless.
