Hallmark + You

I'm not sure how to rate this app. It's basically just the Voice Memo app with Hallmark branding. It plays and records short audio clips. Soo... there's nothing wrong or broken with it, it's just mostly pointless.

After wasting several hours to upload the storybook, I give up. Customer service was less knowledgeable that it existed. Attempt to get supervisor was 20 minutes+, to no avail. I share to perhaps save someone else the time waste.

I downloaded this app to save and transfer the story "The Night Before Christmas" which is supposed to be compatible with +you. Hah, NOT! The version (1.0.1) does not work on the 5C. I just wanted to transfer the story instead I get this spinning red dot that continues to say "Waiting for the Product" no go the product never connected no matter how many times I tried. I could not outright record it because they only allow 24 sec. recordings. Really bummed because I wanted to save this book recording that I'm sending to my nephew. Now it won't get saved. Don't bother with this app unless you only want to record 24 sec.
