Getting started
First you’ll need to register your device with the app to enable 'Express Sign in’. We’ll install a device enrolment token on your device that creates a secure link between your device and Online Banking profile. It only takes a minute and only needs doing once for each device.
You’ll need:
- An up-to-date phone number registered with us
- An iPhone running iOS 5.0 or above
- Data access on your device
- Halifax UK personal account
- Online Banking username, password and memorable information
