Fast and highly intuitive Fast and highly intuitiveIf you don't want a lot of fuss when setting up and revising your task list, this app is one of the fastest "in and out of the program" apps I have come upon. It functions using a similar *logic* as the Covey quadrant system but is more intuitive and common sense. In other words "task importance" and "time pressure" remain your two variables. But with this app, the two variables can be adjusted on the fly quickly and easily, without having to decide among four quadrants of possibility (only to later re-decide).

Great For Visual Creative Types! Great For Visual Creative Types! The Great To Do List is different from the typical To Do app. It's not fussy, your item can be very long, and the notes area is large & easy to access. What's more, it's great for creative types. You drag a colored line out to visually indicate priority of your items & can sort by that with one click. You can define your two sub-categories of to-do with your own labels & drag & drop your items between them, thus keeping your critical few at the top. It's easy & quick to enter to-do items with as much or little detail as you wish, & change status & priority instantly. It's GREAT for projects, but works for the daily workflow too. I thought I had tried everything out there in the GTD category, but there's really nothing else like Great To Do List. No iPad is equipped for productivity without it. It's a stable app from responsive developers & well worth a try.

Great for prioritizing tasks quickly Great for prioritizing tasks quicklyI've used several task apps and to-do lists, but this one offers the best quick and easy prioritization. Just drag and drop tasks in order. The task / to-do items are quite simplistic and do not integrate with Outlook, but ease of prioritizing / simplicity makes it worthwhile. Previously used apps that ask for more detail, but then I did not use as often as it took too much time to enter task details. This is my most frequently accessed app for me in my workplace. In meetings or in stand up encounters, I just add items to list quickly before I move on. Only request is that "due date" be added as an option for sorting.

Hilfreich HilfreichApp hilft mir, die Prioritaeten klar darzustellen. Es ware noch hilfreicher, wenn es noch in den Kalendar eingeblendet werden koennte. Sehr nuetzlich

Works for me Works for meWow, I had no problems at all opening this app. Are you sure it was a problem with the app? I myself love it because it's so simple and straightforward -- I don't have to spend a bunch of time opening 3 or 4 windows just so I can start typing stuff in to my To Do list. Its right there. Dude don't be so hard on a cool product, it sends the wrong message when you're so harsh, especially when it's not accurate info. These guys have been really fast to respond when I've had questions or suggestions. For my buck, this is a sweet little app.
