Good Reference Good Reference

It's a handy little reference guide for all Retro / Vintage game collectors out there. It lists pretty much all of the games that were released for the Atari 2600 at the time, providing a screenshot and the cartridge design for each game. Heck, it even lists the models of the 2600 that were released which is always helpful to have. It lists the rarity of each game on a scale of 1 to 10 for most games. The only gripe I really have with this app is that it doesn't list the average price for each of the cartridges on eBay. Granted, there's a button by the side of the description which refers you to eBay, with the exact search for the game, so it saves you the hassle. VERDICT: + Lists all Atari 2600 models and games. + Refers you to eBay with ease, putting the game you want in the search box, and providing results. - Provide the average price for cartridges, but I guess this is made up for with the eBay button.

A great app for Atari 2600 Fans A great app for Atari 2600 Fans

This is an unusually well thought out reference for the Atari 2600. It not only covers cartridges, all the way up to the newer ones produced in small numbers today with a screen shot and description of each, but also has the different VCS consoles -- There was even a couple models I had not encountered before. The app allows you to download the Screen shots for use as wallpaper on your iPad. Again, just a small thing, but another sign that the app is well put together. Exceeded my expectations. Good Job!
