I'm confused... I'm confused...I've done the 17 day diet before and the hardest part was finding recipes conducive to the cycle you were on. I thought this app would help me with that but it doesn't specify which recipe goes with which cycle. Boo. I also hoped there would have been a shopping list option. I see there is an upgrade I can pay for but if it still won't tell me which recipe goes with which cycle then it's not helpful at all.

Don't bother! Don't bother!Nothing but ads to get you to buy the real app. Few recipes and it's not always easy to tell for which cycle. It seems to me just a lean recipe swap.

Misinformed MisinformedI haven't even looked at the recipes, and I give this app 1 star. Why? For a blatant piece of misinformation that will seriously hinder people's weight loss on this diet. The app states that in cycle 1 you are allowed 1200 calories. Well, if you read the book, it clearly states that you need a MINIMUM of 1200 calories. This is not a calorie counting diet. Most people on this diet lose more weight when they are eating about 1500-1800 calories a day depending on exercise level etc.. Eating less than 1200 will cause your body to go into starvation mode and it will stall weight loss.
