Great app Great appI love this app, the built in workout is genius, and the 60s timer helps too, it really keeps me motivated to work out because every time I log a set I see myself pushing toward a goal instead of just randomly doing things, all in all an amazing app, my only peeve is that in some of the exercise explanations, it cuts my music off, that's it other then that 11/5

I have custom workouts for all days of the week, warm ups, and hardcore finishers! I love being able to use my phone for music and tracking my workouts instead of taking pen and notebook to the gym. Pro grade all the way!
