Same Great Info of FISKE Books in one nice App that updates itself every year! Same Great Info of FISKE Books in one nice App that updates itself every year!FISKE App I purchased almost all available College review books in Barnes & Noble. This app is better than all the others, including FISKE books, because: 1-Lightweight, you can carry around with you 2-Updates itself automagically. When I purchased the 2013 edition last year, I feared that it would require me to purchase one every year, but as soon as the new edition of books out, this app updated itself. 3-Searchable, bookmarkable, you may even take notes without messing up the book. 4-Offline. No need for internet connection. At least for most of the information. Map feature requires internet. 5-Map feature is great. 6-I have also kindle versions of some of the books. Horrible. Try one sample and see yourself. So I use it a lot and I liked it very much.

Useless UselessI really expected a comprehensive college guide with an attractive, intuitive interface for the money, but what I got was a smattering of college summaries with almost no usable information. Much more can be easily found online at sites like US News, Cappex, ACT and the like. For free. Don't assume that this app's price tag makes it good-it's $20 wasted.

Disappointing DisappointingAt $20, this should be an awesome app. Instead, there are too few schools, the navigation is sometimes confusing, and the search feature is crude and buggy. Once you drill into the details of a particular school, the writeups are great, but this is way too overpriced for what you get.

Not worth the money Not worth the moneyWhy did I think this was a good buy? I can't remember my reasons anymore but I am thoroughly disappointed. The lack of schools (University of Central Florida is NOT on the list), and little information about the schools that are on the list give this a 1 star rating. Buy the real book, save the money for college!

Frustrating. Beware Frustrating. BewareThe guide has all of the information, but it kills you with bugs. I did the update, and it still kills my notes for the colleges. It also doesn't have a print capability. I can copy pages of my book for my own use. They make it hard for this use (have to do iPad screen capture). This is especially needed as the app kills your notes entered.
