Mobile experience is terrible Mobile experience is terribleThe camera view finder is off so it takes 3 or 4 tries to get a photo correctly. Attempts to contact the bank have been irritating more than anything. I switched banks because of this app.

Clean and simple, but too simple? Clean and simple, but too simple?I am impressed with the simplicity of this app. It can handle the majority of my banking needs, however it lacks a few crucial features. A few things I would like to see implemented: 1. Ability to manage and make external account transfers. 2. View my pending charges and deposits (this would be really useful with mobile check deposit) 3. See my ebills. Although I can make payments, I don't know the amount due without using the desktop site.

Very useful but wish mobile deposit would work consistently.I use mobile deposit all the time and it only works on the first try about half of the time. Many times it kicks me back to the home screen on my phone and I have to log in multiple times before it will work. It's been getting worse. The updates seem to work for a while then it stops accepting my pictures again. Three stars because it's invaluable to me as I live very far from any branch. Great for transferring money and has a great interface for viewing accounts and transactions.
