This is based on residential type of work. Very slow most of the time. Not user friendly. Could be fair to good but they are limited on what they are willing to do to improve. Research very thourghly before investing. After recent updates these people must not listen to the end user. VERY frustrating to use . UPDATE!!! Still have issues. Would be nice if they would listen to the customers

hh2 Field Service allows technicians within the service management industry to view and navigate their schedules, complete their work orders and communicate with their dispatchers while out in the field. Fully compatible with Sage 300 Construction and Real Estate (formerly Sage Timberline Office), hh2 Field Service syncs with hh2 Service Management to ensure that tasks and activities are updated in real time as technicians complete them.
