Stop trying to make fetch happen. It's been two weeks since I asked for a price on a Nintendo DS game and I just heard back the day before Christmas. This service is sort of a fail.

Nice Job Nice Job

I asked for a TV that I had already been eyeing, and they found me a cheaper one. It did take a little longer than expected, but it’s the holidays, so that makes sense.

Awesome Customer Service and a good app Awesome Customer Service and a good app

I signed ip for this app the morning it was featured on the today show just like everyone else in the country. They obviously could not have anticipated the onslaught. The value of a company is not IF they have a problem but more importantly how they deal with a problem. Immediately this company sent out messages communicating with their customers and kept communicating. Additionally, There was a problem with the retailer ( not Fetch) after my purchase was made and Fetch's customer service was most professional and easy to work with. I think this is a wonderful app and even a better company that still has a personal touch. Happy shopping
