DO NOT USE THIS APP DO NOT USE THIS APPI have this app on my iPad and it logs me in as a guest. I created an account and did everything recommended but it still shows me as a guest and will not pull my fedex.com tracking info. I called for support, was transferred four times and eventually hung up on by customer service. This app will only cause you frustration because it won't work.

Used to be useful Used to be usefulUsed to stayed logged in and could track any of my shipments without entering tracking numbers. Was one of my favorite and most useful apps that I showed to everyone. Now when I go to tracking which requires more screens to go through it thinks I'm a guest and there is no place to sign in. Very frustrating and pretty much useless. Mot recommending now ?

NO value NO valueIt does nothing that you can't already do better online at fedex.com. You are always a guest on this iPad app - you can't log in like you can on the iPhone version. It's off my iPad now.

Not functioning Not functioningI cannot login as it keeps telling me my credentials are wrong but when i try in web browser they work. It also keeps telling me tracking numbers are wrong but they work in web browser. This app needs major fixing.
