Where to start Where to startIf I could give a zero, I would. The app asks for a password, but I've never created one. When I enter a generic password, I'm told it is incorrect. I attempted to call the 888 number that is supposedly associated with this app only to learn that number is disconnected. I tried the 877 number I found only to have it go straight to voice mail. I have perused their website looking for any instructions whatsoever so I can use this app to help my child. I am extremely disappointed. I would like my money back, unless someone associated with this app can respond, or redesign so it can be used. I will update this review if I am ever able to use this product.

This app is good but This app is good butThe problem with this app for home is that it is manual (not automatic) and needs continual parental involvement. 1) Every time my 4 yr old uses this app, I have to enter a password and the level of play. Yes, go to settings, enter password, click on my sons name. 2) Then I have to manually decide if my son is ready for the next level of learning. There are 100 level (of 5 words). So I have to go into settings and then have my son play with the 2nd level of words. This game needs to be automated and without password so that a 4 year old can decide to play it himself , go out of the game to another and come back to this game without his parent having to enter passwords and change levels. Finally, the game wants you to continually send game data to the developer so they can give you report cards for your child. Please make this game easy enough for a 4 year old!!
