Do your Centrelink business with Express Plus Families–simple, fast, mobile. 

The Australian Government’s Express Plus Families app helps you update your family income estimate, view your child care details and report changes in your circumstances to Centrelink. No need to visit an office or wait on the phone. You can also view your family assistance payments, view letters and receive reminder messages.


Logging into the app is simple–only a 4-digit Personal Identification Number (PIN) is required.


To first use the app, you need to be registered for Centrelink Online Services. You can use your existing Centrelink Customer Access Number (CAN) and Centrelink Online Services password to set up your 4-digit PIN for the first time.


Who can use the app?
You can use the app if you:
•receive family assistance (such as Family Tax Benefit, Child Care Benefit or Child Care Rebate), and
•are registered for Centrelink Online Services (access level 3).

What you can do with Express Plus Families
You can log on with a 4-digit PIN to:
•view and update your family income estimate
•view your Child Care Benefit, Child Care Rebate and child care attendance details
•claim an advance payment
•view your payment and transaction history
•request a Centrelink statement, income statement and payment summary
•view money you owe
•update bank details
•subscribe to and access online letters
•store letters and documents in the Secure Vault
•update your address, accommodation and contact details
•get receipt numbers for your transactions
•capture and upload documents
•submit Newborn Child Claim proof of birth
•use the online estimators to help estimate your family income
•find your local service centre.
