Horrible app and customer service Horrible app and customer serviceI was only able to open the app long enough to take a screen shot of my insurance card! Like everyone else the app crashes as soon as you open it! And the roadside assistant is a joke, i had a flat and went through the app to call; 1) it took forever just to get a hold of a real person then 2) it took them 3 hrs just to get me a tow truck! I was in the middle of Houston, Tx and you telling me you can not find a tow truck?!?!?!? Horrible app and service
