Emerald Card - H&R Block

I use my emerald account year round with direct deposit. It's amazing and I love check to card feature!

Love this app! Very convenient Check to Card process with minimal fee. No more driving around looking for deposit locations!

Haven't used everything on here yet but so far it's working great. I have had no problems with it at all. Vary convenient.

I used this app at least once a week to cash my child support checks so that I didn't have to drive 20 minutes to town to cash my check. It saved me a lot in gas money. Now, every time I try it, with ANY checks, it goes through the whole process and says it's processing it. Once I click on check to card again, an hour later when it should have been completed (normally it takes at the most 20 minutes) it says your check load has been cancelled. I've done everything that I was told by customer service. I've deleted the app, downloaded it again, used it while on wifi, used the app on a different phone and all of these steps failed. Only answer customer service gives me now is, " ma'am I'm sorry but we've done all the steps we can, there's no reason for it not to work, it must be your phone". How is it my phone if I tried another phone and it didn't work either??????
