DynaMed

When this product was running on the SkyScape platform it was fantastic as a handheld application. The current iteration on OMNIO is a pig. It is not easy to navigate, it is slow to load, and I find that for the most part I go to the web based version that I have on my laptop. Content wise, DynaMed is fantastic (and this comes from a longtime user since 2003). It is my first resource for the bedside care of patients and I use it in my clinic daily ( often in over half the encounters ) to make sure that the work I am doing is on time, up to date and evidence based. I would not think of practicing medicine without this tool. However, until OMNIO gets it together, I will be using only the EBSCO website based version……

As above. Unusable or inaccessible after omnio update. Once my subscription runs out will not be getting this again. It takes at least 30 seconds each time to load. When u want to use this for 20 patients that is really too long. The app itself has a smaller window and hard to get to the most important treatment aspect adding even more additional time. I have regularly asked people to get the app in the past but in its present form it is absolute garbage. No offense as the information within it is still excellent.

I love the content of this app , evidence based, concise and very helpful at the point of care. But the recent switch to omnio platform has made the app slow to load, difficult to navigate and frustrating to use. Hopefully this will be improved soon!

This app has not been updated since 2012. It's easier using the website for recent guidelines. Spoke with Skyscape and Dynamed with no solutions to this problem. Now after uninstalling and reinstalling it, the app works brilliantly.

This is the worst app of its kind I've ever used. The information isn't bad but it is painfully slow and crashes / hangs recurrently.
