OK - THROWING OUT ALL DIGITAL WATCHDOG PRODUCTS OK - THROWING OUT ALL DIGITAL WATCHDOG PRODUCTSI can't understand how a company can fail to respond to emails telling them the app functions (after disastrous upgrade & then reverting to the old app) still doesn't work as described. Customer service must think I'm an idiot - I own several systems - DW - the only system that has issues. So… I am throwing out this system and will NEVER purchase from DW. Even my Harbor Freight $230 system (after tweaking in an upgraded software) is reliable with NO problems.
