Diet Mint uses Cognitive Bias Modification to change the way you think about food. Diet Mint promotes the moderate consumption of natural, whole foods in place of processed and refined foods. In effect, there will be less temptation to cheat and making healthy, everyday food choices will become easier and more spontaneous.

During the CBM session, 4 images will appear on the screen - 3 negative images (unhealthy food) and 1 positive image (healthy food). The user must tap the healthy food option as quickly as possible. Unhealthy eaters will initially be drawn to the unhealthy images, causing a slower reaction time. With practice, the user will learn to ignore the unhealthy options and focus on the healthy food.
