Hello and welcome to my new fitness app! Yay!! It’s been designed to give you a fantastic workout, whether you’re just getting started or if you’re more experienced. For the first time, we can now train outdoors as well as indoors! So this means that wherever you are, whatever you’re doing, we can exercise and fat burn together. Now there’s definitely no escape, sorry!! But it’s ok because I’m going to be on hand to help you along the way.

Also if you use the app regularly, or stick to your goal plan, you get a ‘Heart’. These are my way of saying a jolly big well done to you!!

• Select your own albums and playlists to workout to.

• Let Jackie and Mark create a tailored 5 week goal plan by purchasing the "Personal Trainer" upgrade. Simply by providing details on your body, your exercise experience and your goals, you will get a goal plan designed to suit you.
• Throughout the year watch out for new upgrade plans – ‘Get Fit for Summer’ and ‘Christmas Party Shape Up’.
• Receive Davina Hearts for regular use or completing a goal plan.
