Broken on iOS 8.x it does not work just errors when clicking on a parking location

Please tell me why in this day and age we have to put up with sub standard apps that are useless beyond belief. It's best just to give up with this app. It's useless beyond belief. Seriously. Why did they bother.

It works but it is hard work. Whoever commissioned this app at NCP has never used it or just doesn't care about user experience. Another distress purchase.

As with other reviews, I'd always used Ringo but noticed my local train station now has Dash written everywhere so thought I should change. The design is really basic to the point of being quite hard to use, as some of the functionality didn't even make sense, but it pays for parking fine and is cheaper than paying cash. it does charge you 10p per text to confirm the booking then remind you at 4am your parking is about to run out. Clearly they didn't look into their competitors as Ringo went through this about 4 years ago and changed their texts to a more reasonable time. Overall it's a crap app but does the job. Going to check if Ringo is still ok to use and go back to that (it wasn't perfect but did the job better than Dash)

This will become a HBR case study in how to aggravate otherwise normal & reasonable people. Basically it's unusable & it's prevalence CSM only be explained by the fact that it's car park owners are monopolists.
