Customer satisfaction Customer satisfactionI transferred my scripts to CVS for insurance benefits before I even knew what an outstanding pharmacy it was. My old pharmacy was in my neighborhood that was convenient for dropping off my scripts but now with the CVS app I am notified on my IPad and IPhone when I have new medicine to pickup. I am a very satisfied customer and would recommend this system to anyone.

Long load time! Long load time!I like the app, but it just takes so long to load.

Disaster DisasterI don't know where CVS got the idea that modeling their app after the configuration of a store would be useful, but it isn't. This app is buggy and not particularly user-friendly. Trying to refill prescriptions is particularly challenging. Example: the app says "new prescription on file" but I cannot find it. I have wasted so much time here. Ugh!

Very easy to use Very easy to useI've been using the iPhone app for yrs and I like how easy it is to use. I really like the iPhone app letting me know when my refills are ready for put up instead of having to call the pharmacy and checking the status of the refill. Not that hard if you just follow the instructions. Thanks, CVS!
