If I need a phone number or directions I can always google the location. This ap supports class schedules but most clubs in So Cal don't post their schedules! I called the Carlsbad location and the guy said I need to come in and pick up the printed schedule..... Really?

What's the point of having this if it doesn't let you check in? That's the main point of this right. It worked twice and that was it. Doesn't go past the Check In page for me ?

This app use to be AMAZING until today!!! All of a sudden l'm unable to see which classes are available for online reservation because they all appear as available for online reservation even though they may be full or unavailable but you won't know that until you hit the reserve button and the prompt pops up letting you know the class is unavailable/ full. I'm also not able to check into the gym with my phone!!!!! Crunch- please fix these glitches!!!!!! This was such a convenient and great app and now it's useless!!!!!!

Does not remember me, my preferred gym, show when my gym has special holiday hours, or even display when I’ve gone to the gym (checked in using keycard). It will allow you to sign up for classes however.

Why can't I put my crunch pass on my phone?
