Disappointed that these apps exist. DO NOT PURCHASE A REPORT. DO NOT PURCHASE THIS APP. It is a total pain.

Here is how to get refunded if you wish to cancel this app due to it not doing what it claims: If you used a credit/debit card to purchase this app (even if you went through Apple to purchase) you can simply call the number on back of debit card & open a back charge claim. Just explain to your bank how this is a bunk app that did not deliver what they promised, and your bank will automatically reverse the charges on your behalf & you don't have to deal with the app, or Apple (as u will get nowhere with them anyhow lol.) best of luck, and if u got ripped off, go get your hard earned money back now!!

I paid 15 bucks to get reports and it just says "no record available" and it won't let me log in after I logged out don't get this it's complete bs

I paid 15 dollars and got screwed out of my money! How do I get ahold of these people to cancel my account?! It doesn't show the full background or criminal record of anyone I searched(even people I know for a fact have records) and I paid the top price for this pos app! I need info on who to contact to demand my money back!

I paid the $4.99 for one report and I never received the report.
