Cannot edit tickets anymore Cannot edit tickets anymore

With his update when I view a ticket and press edit, I can no longer change the description or the status. This app is now useless, and I have to pay 12 dollars a month for it... Ridiculous....

Terrible app Terrible app

Constantly freezes or shuts down. Also I have to consistently delete and download again to enter time and what not.

Unusable. Unusable.

Current version constantly hangs. I can't do my work. This mobile app has been the epitome of underfunded development. If your technicians need mobile access, CONNECTWISE IS NOT A SOLUTION FOR YOU.
