83 Forms of Traditional Old Frame Chen’s Tai Chi emphasizes grace over power. The routine is based on four movements: warding, stroking, pressing, and twisting, supplemented by the Four Corners Postures (四隅手) — picking, splitting, elbow-striking, and leaning. The routine uses silk-reeling strength. The movements are characterized as smooth, steady, slow, and graceful, intended to neutralize attacks gracefully. When performing, lead the hand movements with the body and use centrifugal force and centripetal force alternatively. The Kung Fu frames are divided into three levels: high, middle, and low. You can adjust the amount of exercise based on personal health conditions.
