customer service customer serviceDowngrade from 5 to 1 star - app will load AJLI but not my home league. Support is now non existent (big change from the previous review, see below) unless I can figure out which of the members in my large league is the one contact... Not cool, especially since the last update changes states that the new upgrade includes support for my phone. They should at least offer a section on things to try to fix issues, known glitches, and an issue submission when we click on app support from the iTunes section. The latest update caused my app to crash. I reported it as directed and had great and fast replies to my questions and allowed them to identify an issue with the version and my phone. I have been told there is a fix update waiting in the Apple que and I look forward to getting it!

Horrible HorribleThis app refuses to log me in and crashes at the login screen.

Didn't even work Didn't even workEvery time I try and log in it says "loading directory" and then takes me back to the log in screen.

Constantly crashes Constantly crashesI have not been able to log into this app for over 2 months, due to crashes and bugs. Worst of all, there is no contact for app support anywhere - within the app, on their website, etc. - except for authorized users on the account (which for me is 2 authorized users for my organization with 800+ members' account).
