From a dental hygienist From a dental hygienistI have been a dental hygienist for 6 years and was a dental assistant for several years prior to that. I think this app is great, primarily for the daily reminders. I like that there is tooth care info that people can read if they want and videos to watch as well The only thing I really disagree with it that toothbrush bristles should always be of soft, not medium, firmness.

I love using this to brush! I love using this to brush!I can always use help with my oral hygiene. I like the music with reminders so I brush all areas of my mouth for the allotted time. Could I do this myself? Yes....but this makes it more pleasant and easier.
