British Military Fitness: My Fitness Instructor

Brilliant app, and like having your own BMF instructor with you. I use this when away and on the road.

There is a problem with the app that needs fixing before you download this version of BMF training.

Bid Ideas Ltd really need to hang their heads in shame!!! Fantastic app, that really does work, but wipes all your data out when you close the it. For £2.99 I expected a lot better and after contacting them on many occasions and getting no reply, I am forced to leave this review. DO NOT BUY, THERE IS NO SUPPORT!!!

If you want to get in shape and you don't like hitting the gym this app can get you there; all you need is a park and a pair of running shoes. Rather than showing you pictures of exercises and letting you log what you do, it talks and motivates you through a vigorous, whole body, customizable workout! I'm completely confounded that this app isn't in the top five fitness apps or even higher! Buy it. It's amazing.

I like the app and I like British Military Fitness, I've been a member for years, and have had app since it was released. But I have tried to contact customer support a number of times - to report a bug, to ask why my training history is completely wiped after an update, without warning - and had zero response. This level of support i.e. none is unacceptable. Don't expect any help if you have a problem. And don't assume that the app will remember any of your training history, which is very frustrating. Could and should do much better.
