Boxee Remote

Great on IOS6 but doesn't send video on IOS7 from either my iPhone 5 and iPad, audio only. Urgently needs an update!!!!

today is 10/20/2013 I have the iPhone 5 with the iOS 7 up to date... and the this remote app is awesome. It connected right away no problem and navigating is a breeze. the best part is you can leave the app and no longer have to worry about pressing a bottom that stops your show or movie like with the remote. keep in mind I have a pretty good wifi nothing crazy

This app used to work with the Boxee Box but the new version dropped support for it. Will definitely not be buying a Boxee TV if this how they treat their customers.

I had this remote since it was first introduced. It worked favorably for a long time , but, just about 7 days ago , without any warning, it became a remote for Boxee TV. The support page for the original Boxee Box recommends this remote as suitable and declares that the original Boxee Box will continue indefinitely. Whoever changed the technical capabilities of this remote has created a great error and rendered it useless in it's present configuration. I have used many devices that have been introduced recently and I have found Boxee Box to be an "icebreaker" technology. There are some Apps that have made the iPod Touch to be the most significant invention of the age. I say this because such a small portable device has been integrated with almost all of the foremost technologies of the 2000nds. It is not cumbersome and truly has the capabilities of a Laptop. I hope that the Boxee Box remote will be updated to work in tandem with the Boxee Box.

Crappy app. It won't let me access my movie files on my hard drive. It can only access the pictures. Not impressed.
