The app has never worked for me. It finds my library and despite being connected to wifi, it says it cannot establish an Internet connection. I've tried tweeting for advice and submitting support tickets (as advised by the tweeted reply). I've never received a response.

I use this app all the time. It is great for keeping track of what I have checked out, putting items on hold and renewing items. My only wish was that it supported multiple accounts so I could manage my kids' accounts as well.

The latest update reset the app settings and preferences, and I had the hardest time logging in. Not ok!

Continually displays cannot connect. I'm a tech librarian with 20 years experience and it doesn't work for me.

It used to work fine, but now whenever I open it, it automatically closes so that I can never do anything on it. So I have deleted it.
