Can't even log in: username is mangled by app. Can't even log in: username is mangled by app.This app is useless and support is impossible to obtain. The username field turns all the letters into uppercase. Even if I write my username in lowercase in Notes and copy and paste it into the field, it still gets turned into uppercase. This stops me from logging in because my username is lowercase and the authentication mechanism is case-sensitive. When I clicked the support button, I was presented with a login page that I do not have an account for, with no registration form in order to get an account.

Worked fine but update breaks it, warning not bold enough..Unless BMC is rolling out the 1.2 upgrade to address some egregious security concerns(which it doesn't appear to be) it should have done one or more things with this update: 1. Make the new client backward compatible with the old server app. 2. If that isn't possible then I feel the warning about server upgrade requirement in the app description should have been far bolder and at least a brief description of the reason for the warning should have been included right there instead of just an external link to another page itself linking to the complete upgrade document which eventual states the upgrade dependencies. 3. Release this "update" as a separate app similar to how Cisco treated Cisco Mobile 8.0 and 8.1. This allows for USERs that make the mistake of performing an "update all" to regain the working version of the app. In the current state there is no real supported way I can see to downgrade back to SDEMobile 1.1 which is what remains on my server and could have remained on my phone. I think the BMC mobile app developers need to learn that incremental, irreversible app updates should not break current working functionality when the server side is not centralized and managed by the app developers.

SDE on IPhone won't login. No "\" key on iOS keyboard SDE on IPhone won't login. No "\" key on iOS keyboardWe use SDE at my office, so I was pretty excited, but I am unable to log into the server. It took me some time figure out that the SDE URL it was requesting (the only thing that comes up when you launch the app) had to include /SDE/ to connect to our server, and at lest I think it connected to the server. The URL popup window just sat their until I closed the app, then reopened it. Then the screen that came up was a login screen. But when enter my User ID and password, and click the login button, the screen freezes. If I close the app and then go back to it from the multitasking menu, sometimes the login window is still up with "Incorrect userid or password" or it pops me up an new login We use Windows AD authentication for our SDE app, and one thing that I did notice was that the iOS keyboard does not have a "\" key, so it maybe that the login is failing because I am not referencing the domain (i.e. windom\userid). At any rate I guess I don't need SDE on my iPhone, but it would be nice.
