Card counting At its best. Card counting At its best.I've looked at several Blackjack apps with card counting functionality, and this one, and most by this author. Maybe it's me, but, I think this app was written to beat you, no matter what cards you get. It's no fun getting beat on 20 and push on 21, and Blackjack 5-6 times to none. From a creative perspective, it forces you to reinterpret the results, so that maybe, just maybe when you enter a casino game, you can only hope that with the toughness you gained from this app is sufficient for you to win. From that perspective, it does turn you into a hardcore professional Gambler.

Great learning Great learningI'm found this to be great for game sim training of both basic card and card counting.

Good, but too buggy to teach counting Good, but too buggy to teach countingThis has amazing potential. But playing on learning mode, the game gave me bad advice for double-deck games, and miscalculated true counts.

It's rigged or erroneous, not true emulation It's rigged or erroneous, not true emulationWhile this game has it's nice sides (hence 3 stars, not 1), it's either rigged or has some bad coding. While flat betting amounts <=$25 and following basic strategy player wins more often than looses and the bank steadily grows, no matter one hand or multi. While flat betting amounts >= $50 and following basic strategy player almost always looses and the bank evaporates really quick. Both scenarios are not true to life. So, it's either rigged for unknown to me reasons, or the game's algorithm isn't correct. Other annoying things: - After switching to another app and then returning back, you get the menu instead of the screen where you've left off. Then you have to go through a couple of menus and annoying "Are you sure?" screens to get back to the game. - Game options menu is buried deep inside the main menu and is hard to find. Again, you have to go through a couple of menus and some popups. Duh...
