Whenever I win Bingo chips after a bingo in this game, I am always given LESS than what it said I won. My last 3 bingoes, I should have gotten 6 chips but my total would only reflect gain of 5. Please fix this annoying occurrence. I cannot help but wonder how many chips I have missed out on in the past when I did not check it, and trusted it to be right. April 8, 2015 I was formerly singing the praises of your app. Now it has been so stingy I suppose I spoke too soon. Not only do I not get all the chips I was awarded (see above) but during the daily free gift I press for the extra 4 chips, and no video appears, subsequently I am not awarded the extra 4 chips. Leveling up is less and less helpful. So I guess you are no better than Bingo Blitz. Too bad. I really liked playing some of your rooms. But since I do not make in-app purchases, I am doomed to receive your stingy tactics. See you later rather than sooner. The Irish cupcake game was fun for a while but I play 10 or 12 numbers and still wait for a cupcake to drop on one of four cards. Now that is stingy! June 10, 2015 Please make up your mind on how many power plays I have I won't large quantity of powerplays on a scratcher some time ago. I also buy a lot with coins because your slots are so hard to win anything on, I would rather use coins on power plays. So I usually have around 600power plays. But now AGAIN, I AM DOWN TO 80+. What is with your system that it deducts things I have earned or"purchased"? Please fix this. July 29, 2015 I wonder why your app makes it so hard to do reviews. I have to come to the App Store to do it. Probably because you do not read them. But I have to try anyway. Who does your programming for addition inside the rewards? Apparently simple addition is difficult to program. I play "double the rewards" all the time but just starting noticing that I don't always get what I am due. 10 + 10=20 not 12. This happens in wheel of fortune and in pokeringo, and probably other areas I just have not noticed. Works out well for you right? And I may as well mention the free chips given with watching commercials for apps neglects to give me any chips at times. Another glitch that no one really cares about as well.

I love to play this game, it is very realistic, like sitting I a Bingo Hall! However, I have at times had about 587 power plays and after leaving the game and coming back later in the day they are down to some where in the thirties, they just are gone. Also, it will sometime disconnect and you lose your.chips and they are just gone!

There are times when I start a game and it will freeze and I will loose those chips. There is no way to report the problem and get them back. And I agree with most other players it costs way to many chips to play in the rooms. It also feels like the game is rigged at times as well when all you see is "guests"winning and not actual people.

This used to be a 5 star game. The cards are now too expensive and you can only earn so many free chips. I've been stuck on 71 for 3 yrs. it's hard to get a bingo without using power ups. I refuse to spend any money on this app after a less than satisfactory experience with customer service. Right now, the app has been frozen for two days. I can only hope it fixes itself as I don't want to risk the chips I have and start over.

Bingo can be a great fun game and this app has it all. Except their server is poor and inadequate. You can write, explain why you get bumped out at those crucial times and lose bingo chips and money etc. but they will tell you it is your service, not theirs. Of course they will, NOT upgrading and changing saves the expense, time, energy creating a server that can handle the amount of people that come into play, because Its a fun app, everyone wants to play. But good luck!!!!!!!!!! Be Prepared to lose a fair amount of awards. Or compare their service to other bingo games where you wont ever lose service
