It really works It really worksAfter finishing the Virtual Gastric Band program for 8 weeks having lost an average of 2 pounds every week since then making a total of 13 pounds so far, I progressed onto using this app every night. So happy with it - I am still struggling with stopping eating when full because Iove my food so much but have got around this by cutting my portion sizes right down so I dont need to worry about it. The weight loss is fab but the added bonus is that I am drinking a minimum of 3 litres of water every day something I could not do before the hypnosis and I am now sleeping like a baby every night an have not had a sleeping pill in the last 8 weeks! I cannot sing the praises of this app highly enough - the best 4.99 I have ever spent! I know I will never have to 'diet' again I can live like this forever!! Thank you so much Sue and James!

Impressive ImpressiveThis is a super app to use alongside, the Virtual Gastric Band app, particularly if you don't want to go through the virtual operation. Also as a stand alone app, if you don't have a large amount of weight to lose. The reprogramming, emotional eating, and sugar addiction sessions are really good to help reprogramme your eating habits. I only want to lose 15 lbs in total and am 12 lbs towards that goal, with a totally different attitude towards food. The friendly support group on Facebook is a super additional support. Buy this, and never waste your money on a slimming group again.

Brilliant App Brilliant AppThis is a fabulous app I have lost nearly 2 stones on it. If you can spend a fiver a week on the usual slimming clubs then save your money n buy this amazing app and by doing this join the support group and get fabulous support too.
