Big Playback Time

This is a great simple to use, easy program to play back audio files. I use it as a simple playback of meeting minutes to transcribe. the pause button is nice and large as well. I like the larger position bar and the large time counter makes it easy to go to a specific time. Much better than the iPod player. I wish the position bar gave you a little more fine tuning control, like being able to slow down the playback rate. But overall, it's a great bare bones simple playback machine. One fix should be to eliminate the song file returning to the beginning, if your iPad goes to sleep and you return or if you switch apps and come back to it. The pro version says eliminates ads, but the only ad I see is for the pro upgrade. How about an iPad optimized version? I also notice on iPhone that once you exit program, it stops playing, so you can't run it AND a second app. I was looking for a simple "big knobs" audio pile playback and this worked. I love the pause button. Too bad you don't have a slow FF and RW function buttons. Or even be able to flick the time counter numbers, to a specific time. That would be great! I use it to play transcription notes, and this did the job. I'm using it on an iPad. Big, simple, easy.

I love iOS. It just takes a great idea and a good dev can transform my device into another handy tool. Thanks!
