  • Bid whist debacle
    This is so bad it's an insult. If you need money to develop a decent app, I think most wouldn't mind paying $1.99 to have an app that doesn't insult our intelligence. If I could give a negative star I would. This app has frustrated me so much I'm going to uninstall it. My partner has cut one too many winning plays or pull my trump cards one time too many. Too bad becz the older version was so clever and humorous. They king made me think of LeBron. I loved kicking Sarah Palin's butt when she was my opponent?.

  • Needs to be fixed...NOW!!
    This update is horrid. II freezes all the time, and still does not allows players to get credit for all the books won, only what is bid. Partner also plays against the partner, often taking all the trumps and then losing the bid. Why can't these things be corrected?

    I like the game. I just hate that it doesn't celebrate Boston wins, and I hate that partners take the lead and don't come back to you. Needs work!

    The bid whist game is awful. The partner play is unreasonable and arbitrary unrelated to how a play would be made by a real bid whist player . This should be an interactive app like the spades app.

Description
Bid Whist is a popular book (or trick) taking game in which two teams of two players try to win the bid or set their opponents. If you're familiar with spades, bridge or hearts, or if you just like a very strategic challenge, you will love this game.

Options include:
- Deuce of Spades as third joker
- Low bid beating High bid
- Board of 4 instead of 3
- Register to compare scores with other players

Notes:
- Ace is always the high card in non-trump suits, whether uptown or downtown.
- Your hand is automatically arranged based on an uptown/downtown bid and the trump suit
- The kitty is not sported
- Over books are not counted
- To be credited for a Boston, you must bid and win...
