I spent an hour in the store adding to my registry. Of that hour, the scanning function only worked for about 20 minutes. I'm surprised that they haven't put more effort into building a higher quality app.

Why in the world does a company as consumer friendly as Bed Bath & Beyond put out a web application that lacks consumer friendlyness. Guys, go native.

I rarely write App reviews, but Bed Bath & Beyond's mobile app is so terrible, I felt compelled to write. 1. Keeps logging me out. Isn't the point of a mobile app to make things easier and retain my login so I don't have to type email and password again and again? 2. Doesn't access any saved addresses from previous orders. I can't remember the last time I had to re type all my information manually. This is the first time ever on a mobile device. BBB should take a cue from Amazon's mobile app, which makes shopping almost as easy as the desktop experience. 3. The GUI is simply terrible. This is 2015 folks.

This is a pitiful excuse for an app. I have a hard time believing a national store with so many locations can't afford a real app. Stop wrapping your website into an App Store bundle, and shipping it as a "product." This thing (I can't call it an app) is an awful experience.

Why bother having a "remember me" button if it does absolutely nothing. It is so frustrating to have to type my username and password every time unlike like most apps. Using the Manage my Registry capability there are a few frustrations. Most notably that I can't "remove" an item and continue through the list from that point. It automatically brings me back to the top and I have to find my location within the list again.
