A bookmark masquerading as an app A bookmark masquerading as an appIt's not even an app! It's the same (100% identical) as their mobile web page(s), just the same as if you'd typed BBB.org in a browser. What's the point? This thing borders on being ironically deceitful. The prior BBB app was truly an app, with unique layout & features that made good use of the small real estate on an iDevice. Wish I hadn't "upgraded". Deleted.

-1⭐️ -1⭐️This app doesn't work and shows no grading...tried to find a business that was on the news where they said the BBB gave it an F rating...no way of finding it in this app!!! Removed it!! Don't waste your time!!!

Crashed CrashedI just downloaded the app to give it a test drive and as soon as it found the business i searched for it immediately crashed. Please fix.
