Bartleby's Book of Buttons Vol. 1: The Far Away Island

Gets to "the end" and offers no option other than to buy the next volume. No way to read through again. Re-starting iPad doesn't even help.

My son LOVES this app. He isn't even two and has mastered a few pages. Ill be honest I do the rest for him. The new update does crash a lot so that's why I'm only giving it four stars.

As always, I read (& play) w/ any app I intend to allow our 6 year old to use. I did so right after purchase w/ this app, not unlike any other. I caught myself smiling throughout each turn of the page, that is, once I figured out the "puzzle" to get to the next page....& do u know what? I found myself smiling bigger & bigger just anticipating what cool things lay ahead for me to figure out!! I'm incredibly excited & truly cannot wait until our son plays w/ this wonderful app......& he'll be getting no hints from me, either!! I want him to honestly experience this apps ability to keep the user on the edge of his/her seat.....no, not because they're scared, but rather because they simply can't wait to see what happens next!!!! Oh, but then there is this ONE rather quirky thing I should mention....on the last page....the one that says, "The End," there's a button directing the user to Story #2......oh but wait!!!!! Don't get TOO excited.......the makers of this fine app aren't directing the users to a "peek" oh no.....rather the button u push takes u to the Site: Go Daddy......so that YOU can purchase YOUR very own domain! I'm SO NOT into books trying to get me by HOODWINKING consumers this way.......what a crying shame!!!!!
