When starting the game for the first time, you will be asked that if you want to go trough a tutorial. If you press “yes”, the device will show you a explanation box and guide you trough the first steps. When the tutorial is finished you will be able to play with the other functions functioning like the BallyPoints score system, that lets you earn BallyPoints when destroying blocks in the game. BallyPoints can be used to buy things within the app, like new levels or more balls.
BallyPoints is the score system that is used in the game. Every time you destroy a block, you will earn 10 BallyPoints or BP. BallyPoints are used to buy lifes and levels. You soon also may submit your BallyPoint score to Apple Game Center. In the future, BallyPoints may be used to other stuff to.
IMPORTANT!
Always remember to save your game when finished playing, otherwise the BPs you have earned will be gone.
To play the first level, you open the game and taps on “Play”. When you have played the first round, you have earned an amount of 210 BP (BallyPoints). When you have finished this round (the first level), you will get a button named “Next level”. Tap on this button. You will now see a text saying “Buy level 2 for 399 BallyPoints” and a button named “Exchange”. Hit the button. You will now, if you have less than 399 BP available, see a new screen saying “NOT ENOUGH BALLYPOINTS” and a button named “EARN MORE BALLYPOINTS”. Hit the button, than hit the number “1″ to play again and earn more BallyPoints.
After playing a second round, you will have 420 BP available. To buy level 2, hit “Next level”, then hit “Exchange”. Now you will see a screen with the text “Confirm transaction” and three buttons. To buy level 2, hit “Buy Now”. You will automatically be redirected to level 2. REMEMBER! You only have 1 min and 30 sec to finish the level, and if not you will loose one life. To buy more life’s, you can go to “Main Menu” and hit “BallyPoint OPTIONS”. Below the white line, you will see a text saying “Add 1 life for 200 BallyPoints”. If you have over 200 BP and want to add one life, you tap the “Exchange” button.
When you have played level one and two enough times to have earned 2500 BP, you can either purchase level 3 the same way you did with level 2, or you can go to “Main Menu” -> “Store”. Here you tap on the green button named “Buy now” below the text “Buy level 3 – Price 2500 BallyPoints” to buy level 3.

BallyBall was a game project that started in early 2011, and was developed over a period of 10 months. The game is made as a newer model of the older “wallbreaker” games that were popular in the 90s.
