BaiBoard - Collaborative Whiteboard

As an educator, I’m looking for ways to engage learners. Aside from being a reliable whiteboard with good integration of cloud storage systems and useful pdf annotation ability, the collaborative function is the crown jewel. It just works! We’ve had up to 50 people on the same whiteboard locally and remotely at the same time. It even has a teleconferencing feature that makes the need for something like Skype unnecessary. This is an all in one solution for working on projects or engaging students on their own devices.

New live voice feature was as clear as a bell. And the updates seemed near realtime even though the other participant was in another country!

After extensively searching for a collaborative tool to use on the iPad, a member of my PLN tweeted this amazing resource. I absolutely love the user-friendly interface and am excited about sharing and learning more about how to implement.

I'd been looking for an app that does just like Baiboard and have used it to teach and tutor students online I wouldn't otherwise have been able to. Works great from iPad to iPad and now I'm using it in other ways with other devices within the same network. Customer service has been responsive both times I contacted them -- not with a problem, just with questions about where the app might be heading in the future. I hope it continues to grow.

The fact that this collaboration app is free is amazing.
