Bach Goldberg Variatons Bach Goldberg VariatonsLet me say first that I am a huge fan of JS Bach and Glen Gould and love the Goldberg Variations. Having said that, I hate this app for the price if it is not upgraded before I delete it!! If it was free, I would have enjoyed the nostalgia of listening to good music on scratchy old 78rpm records and marvel at how far we have come. Then I would never want to hear it this way again. The developers and Apple would do well to upgrade this app by giving the user the option to listen to it in stereo without annoying scratches and background noise. Gould recorded the Goldberg Variations twice. Once in the 50's and once much later in stereo. I hope this will save some music lovers from making my mistake in downloading this app.
